There was a room available. Black Mold in the bathroom. No ice maker, no vending machine. Was 5 min before breakfast ended they were already cleaning up and refused to let me get anything

Everything was as it should be except my opinion is that the bed was too soft. Oh and one more thing Spectrum cable is terrible. Spectrum remote and menu options are so frustrating. Spectrum is klunky. But the staff and facility are very good. Beds was too soft. Spectrum cable tv is frustrating, terrible to use

“Lowest cost, but will stay somewhere else next time.”

Low cost, comfortable bed, provided plenty of washcloths and towels. Convenient location. Good breakfast selection. Shower faucet leaked. Coffee dispenser was empty one day and another did not work the next day. No staff around for breakfast

“It was ok.”

The location was spot‑on and the room stayed tidy, but the elevator was out of order so I had to haul a stroller and a 4‑month‑old up all the way to the fourth floor, where the rooms were hot. I requested a lower‑level room, and after several back‑and‑forths they moved me to the second floor. Usually I stay here all the time, but this time it wasn’t as clean as before—it feels like the quality is slipping.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool area was genuinely relaxing. The bed felt a bit uncomfortable and the pillows weren’t great, especially since a king‑size bed normally comes with king‑size pillows.
