The Craton Hotel Sisli

“لا احد يسكنه ويتوهق..البديل الافضل بنفس السعر كثييييير..انا تورطت فيه الصدق كنت احسبه شي واو من وصفه”

The location was somewhat decent, but the staff’s attitude was off; the shower’s water tank had mold, the shower itself leaked water everywhere, and the air conditioning barely worked, making it unbearably hot.

“War wie gesagt, Super!”

The experience was fantastic, though I wish there were more lamps in the room and some German programs on the TV.

“Dissapointing and dangerous.”

The place was close to transport lines and the staff were welcoming, but the jacuzzi room we paid for had a ceiling stain that felt unworthy of a five‑star hotel, the Wi‑Fi was constantly dropping making basic searches nearly impossible, the jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned daily, the wooden and stone flooring had no grip creating a slip hazard—after slipping in the jacuzzi I was lucky not to be injured—and the bathroom lacked mats and the towel didn’t fit under the shower, so water leaked onto the floor because the glass door wasn’t sealed properly; overall, while the staff were friendly and breakfast was good, these issues made me reluctant to book again.

The housekeeping staff on the same floor were excellent at their job.

“Op loopafstand AVM (shoppingcenter).”

The staff were friendly, but the rooms were too small, the bathroom and shower area were very cramped, there was no balcony, and the parking spots were located in a separate garage far from the hotel, requiring you to hand over your key.
