The hotel is lovely, located in a great spot, rooms are clean and comfortable with cozy beds, and the facilities are excellent, though the rooms feel a bit small.

Breakfast was very basic, and we paid extra for our kids to eat there when a decent breakfast can be found outside; the facility only has three small washing machines, and the staff removed our damp clothes from the machine for the next guest.

The place is close to the Namba shopping hub and Dotonbori, the room for four was comfortable, and it offered great value.

Overall, a great stay, location is great. The hotel has a laundry room and this was excellent. The breakfast wasn’t great, we did feel they focused more on quantity vs quality. It repeats every day. The pastries tasted very “industrial”, fruit was limited to small portions. It’s great if you like Asian style breakfast with hot food, fried chicken etc. They also don’t offer decaf coffee so my partner, who is intolerant to caffeine, could not have coffee. I’d stay there again, but without breakfast. The standard room was super small, but this was expected for Japan, and from the pictures, but after 4 nights, it did feel uncomfortable to move around. I would suggest paying a bit more for a bigger room, if you can
