I woke up to an excellent breakfast, and the location was great even though the road got a bit busy at times; the on‑site restaurant was very good and the staff were very pleasant. A kettle and a hairdryer would have been nice.

The setting is peaceful, the village picturesque, and the restaurant is excellent in every way (original dishes, excellent wines, freshness and authenticity of the products, homemade bread).

The staff were outstanding, the views were scenic and the place felt tranquil. The restaurant and breakfast were great, but parking had to be done at the abbey car park.

The restaurant was outstanding, serving creative dishes at a very reasonable price, and the family‑run team clearly loves what they do, greeting you wonderfully. There was nothing to complain about.
