The location is nice, yet the building needs renovation and the balconies are in poor condition.

Staying in a historic, over‑100‑year‑old wooden villa is an attraction in itself; the building is gorgeous, and we hope the renovation company respects its history. The housekeeper was very kind and helpful, and the spot was perfect for us because it’s right on the trail. The villa offers all the comforts you’d expect from a hostel, which didn’t matter to us. The main downside was that the neighbors behind the wall, who mostly smoke, shared the balcony with us.
