I can confidently say the hotel owners deserve high praise; they give great attention and care to their guests, going to all lengths for comfort and coziness. They’re friendly, interesting, and sociable, never leaving you unattended. The hotel itself is located right on the shipping river and impresses with its thoughtful, elegant interior. The panoramic windows in the room gave me stunning views, and the mountain landscape is unusual for Russia—very beautiful. The food is excellent, with hearty meals made from natural village products, and you won’t leave hungry.

“Ambiance familiale et détente dans un cadre idyllique”

Énormément de choses : L’hôtel est tenu par une famille absolument adorable, serviable et bienveillante. Nous avions l’impression d’être chez nous. Les chambres sont très confortables et propres, la piscine est belle, la nourriture est bonne. Ils se plient en 4 pour être à nos soins et sont très souriants. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Nous avons eu un pincement au cœur en les quittant, nous aurions pu rester plus longtemps si la météo avait été clémente 🫣 Je recommande cet hôtel à tous ceux qui veulent un nid douillet où séjourner. La vue des chambres est également grandiose. PS : si vous jouez aux échecs c’est un énorme plus car le petit garçon de la famille adore y jouer (attention il est TRÈS fort). Emplacement un peu éloigné du centre ville, obligation de prendre un Grab

The place is wonderful, with an ideal location, spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms, plus a terrace and pool that’re perfect for relaxing while overlooking the river and mountains. The managers’ extreme kindness and warmth made us feel like family members.

The location is spot‑on, the setting absolutely charming and cozy, rooms spotless and pleasant (the rooms are huge!). The welcome is unbelievably warm and caring, the managers go out of their way to ensure everything runs smoothly and respond quickly. The vibe feels family‑like and very pleasant, the food is delicious and generous. It feels like being at home with adorable kids around. In short, pure bliss – go there with your eyes closed and mind at ease.
