Good location, but the lights in our room kept turning on at night—more than six times—waking my 1‑year‑old twins. It was a horrible night of sleep and the front desk agent didn’t help.

“Not to Wyndham Standards”

I booked last minute and was allowed to check in an hour early without notice. The mattress was worn out, soft, and pitted. The breakfast area was nasty—I was probably the first there after 6 am. Tables, chairs, counter, and equipment were not clean; tables and chairs had stain marks down the legs, and the chairs were in bad repair. The toaster was filthy, not cleaned, with old crumbs around it. Food‑loaf bread and bagels were in a ZipLock bag, and the muffin package had the ends cut off and was also in a ZipLock bag, offering no selection—just one to choose from. The refrigerator was dirty, had no individual milk cartons, and the milk was in a metal pitcher, which could contaminate it. The water pitcher spout was broken. The biggest violation was a table with three chairs pushed up against and blocking a fire exit. The entire experience was not acceptable!

“My stay was good. The location was excellent.”

I didn’t grab breakfast, but the room was spot‑on: the bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy.

“Terrible service Overall”

I liked that the hotel was in a secluded area, but they have bed bugs and when I notified them of the infestation they weren’t quick to fix the situation.
