The view from the room and balcony was the best I’ve seen, and the staff were friendly with excellent service.

Dinesh stood out among the staff for his clear understanding and prompt delivery of requests; he was the only one who spoke English. Everything else was fine, but I wish there had been vegetarian options available, which I didn’t know existed.

The hotel’s location was convenient, the rooms spacious and clean, and the shower performed well; however, the rooms were terribly thin‑walled so we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms and the restaurant, the bar was closed and we were turned away, half the menu wasn’t available and staff pushed us toward the buffet, the pizza and chicken burger we finally ordered took over 45 minutes despite being the only diners, breakfast wasn’t included and cost $8 per person without much appeal, we ended up cancelling one of our two nights and moved to a cheaper 5‑star hotel with breakfast, pool, spa and a better location.

Staff were helpful when the first roon we had smelt of mould. Moved us to a room that was better. First room had a musty smell and there was no hot water in the second room. It took them an hour and a number of visits to reception before it was sorted
