I didn’t like anything about the property; unfortunately, our stay at this resort was very disappointing. The service was poor, the staff were not very responsive, and the overall experience did not match what was promised. The rooms and facilities also felt poorly maintained, which made the stay uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we expected much better hospitality, cleanliness, and service. I would not recommend this guest unless significant improvements are made.

The location is great and the hotel is pet friendly, yet it should be better maintained.

The atmosphere there is wonderful; the cafe looks premium and natural, so if you have good money you should go. However, there was no fan in the tent, no cheap food within about 5 km, and you have to go to the cafe yourself, which was very expensive—one time food cost 400.
