The staff were nice, the location was good, and the room was clean. The bed was too hard for me and it was only a standard double.

The hotel is close to the airport, the staff were friendly and polite, and the room was nice and comfortable for what we needed. Usually hotels include free parking in the payment, but we were charged an extra £11, which was a surprise. We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer that extra fee would have made the stay more expensive than expected. This situation made the staff, who already deal with a lot of abuse, look bad; I felt sorry for the young man who was doing his best alone during a busy time. In the evenings there should really be two people, one for the bar and one for check‑ins, but they seemed short‑staffed, though the young man still managed.

I loved every part of my visit, and I have no complaints at all.

The breakfast was fine. Parking required a fee.

The place is very clean and the staff are very helpful. The sofa bed had springs that could be felt.
