The location was excellent, the pools were great, and the room was nice, spacious, and offered an awesome ocean view. It was well equipped with home‑style amenities, a full‑size kitchen, washer, and dryer, and a parking space was included, so the property met all my needs. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, and both TVs were small, with only one being a smart TV.

Everyone was super friendly, but the bed was hard.

The plumbing didn’t work real well , the toilet didn’t flush and the shower had hardly any pressure . The ice machine was broken and we were told they would send up a complimentary bag of ice but they never did. The pools were kinda dirty too . For the price they charge these things should be top notch

The location was great; I attended a concert at the band shell and had just a few feet to walk there. The indoor and outdoor pools, water slide, lazy river, and hot tub were very nice and well kept. Security had a regular presence, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Everyone acknowledged you. The condo was very well stocked, with nice bedding, a good mattress, and pillows. We really enjoyed the ensuite jacuzzi tub—the water gets very hot, which was very relaxing. I could have done without the sales pitch for a condo, especially the fact that when you get your wristband to enter the pool area in the beach area, they make you speak with the salesperson.

Fully furnished Ocean Front Condo with many pools, hot tubs, and activities for the family. Great customer service with the concierge providing any requests for towels, room supplies, and answering questions. The prices for vending machines were completely ridiculous, as were the prices at the Shoppes of Ocean Walk. Out of desperation I paid $5.15 for a gallon of Nestlé purified water at the convenience store on site. I have no problem with service animals for disabled people, but I was appalled to see a full‑size service dog lying on a chaise lounge by its owner at the pool, not once but many times, at all the poolside locations including the kids splash pad. Adults and children lay on those chairs and I felt it was unreasonable for the owner to do it; security and management should not allow it.
