The hotel is small but cozy and charming! The room was comfortable, the bed good, and the air‑conditioning worked well, which is essential in that heat. The location is the main highlight—everything was within walking distance, even the city walls and the San Felipe Castle. The staff were very friendly and the café was tasty! The only downside was the shower, which could have had a bit more water pressure, but nothing major.

The rooms were spacious and modern, and the lady running the place was very helpful, serving great breakfasts and snacks. The shower needed improvement due to low pressure, and overall it was a bit pricey.

The spot is great, tucked in a quiet street but still close to the lively Getsemaní area, and the breakfast was really good – staff were lovely.

Nancy and Jaime were attentive, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room climate was fine, but the shower’s climate was off and the common areas had a bad climate too.
