The rooms were dirty and had bedbugs. I couldn't sleep all night because of them, so I wouldn't recommend this place.

Location is excellent. The property is newly built, so it gives a clean and modern first impression. However, the actual housekeeping needs improvement. The cleanliness seems more cosmetic than thorough. For example, after walking barefoot inside the room for a short while, the soles of my feet were completely black from accumulated dust and grime on the floor. A deeper and more consistent cleaning routine would significantly improve the guest experience. The property appears clean because it is newly built, but the actual housekeeping standards are lacking. If the building were older, the lack of proper cleaning would have been much more noticeable. The floors, in particular, had not been cleaned thoroughly—after walking barefoot inside the room, the soles of my feet turned black from dust and grime. The property needs more thorough, genuine cleaning rather than just a clean appearance

Everything was good overall, though some maintenance is required.

“Be careful, they don't accept foreigners!”

After a long day of travel I arrived at the hotel, waited 30 minutes for registration, passport copies, etc., and then, despite a confirmed booking, they told me they don’t host foreigners, leaving me stranded late at night. They should have informed me beforehand that they don’t accept foreigners with my French name. It was a waste of money, time, and energy.

The property is clean, the room is good, and the location is excellent. I had to ask the reception for a towel and soap, which was right next to my room. People were speaking loudly until 2 AM.
