The staff were really friendly, but the room felt extremely humid, unlike the dry outside air. They say switching the AC to dry mode should fix it, yet it didn’t. The carpets were also visibly dirty.

The location is great, situated between Fall River and New Bedford, and the staff were excellent—giving us early check‑in and ensuring breakfast items never ran low. The room was musty, and some clothes felt damp even after we left. The single guest computer was broken, so we couldn’t get internet and it was never fixed.
The pool was nice and having a lifeguard there was reassuring for emergencies. The bed was comfortable, so I slept well, and the overall cleanliness was fine. The staff, including the lifeguard, were friendly. The room, however, had a horrible musty smell that was hard to ignore, even though my kids settled in quickly. We stayed only one night. A note about humidity and keeping the AC on didn’t help. The downstairs area was pleasant, but once we got off the elevator on the second floor, the hallway smelled even worse and the room was much worse.
I like the hotel and how close it is to local restaurants, but the pillows are too soft. I also didn’t appreciate having a lifeguard on duty for a 5‑ft pool, and the pool hours were inconvenient.
