When I got there I was told I did not have a reservation that I was a no-show and it didn't have the right dates although agent called the hotel while I was on hold to get the days correct and I had no hotel room

The laundry had to go through a second rinse and the bedding and towels carried a noticeable fragrance. Breakfast items were not warm enough, and the oatmeal tasted more like a thin soup than a proper porridge.

The location was good, but the swimming pool was very unclean, the breakfast was mediocre, and the bed was very hard.
