The window wouldn’t open, and on the first day we only received one towel for two people; the double bed had two mattresses that kept shifting.

The guy’s help was amazing—he got us medical service when I fell ill. Thank you so much.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the room stayed tidy. However, the floor wasn’t cleaned before check‑in, and the bathroom light only worked on the mirror, which was too dim.
