The staff were really friendly and the room was clean, which was great. They also had a good selection of free amenities and drinks, and the breakfast was awesome - lots of options and it felt really homemade. One thing that's just a Japan thing, though, is that the toilet was super cramped, and the toilet paper and seat were awkwardly positioned, which made it hard to use, especially for bigger people.

We appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks, and the front desk team handled us with great courtesy; however, I would have liked a kettle to be available inside the room.

There was nothing positive to note. When I opened the door, the room reeked of mold, so I cancelled and never actually stayed.
