“Muy dificil de superar!!”
The staff were fantastic, friendly and always eager to help and pamper us; the facilities are gorgeous, and the double‑bedroom room comfortably housed three adults and a child, with daily cleaning before noon; the dinner restaurants were delicious and we always secured reservations thanks to the concierge team; the pool was spacious with plenty of chairs, the bars served good cocktails, the cevichería was superb for seafood lovers, La Isla offered fresh pizza and tasty ice cream for the kids, the Jacuzzi/hot tub was a delight as the evening cooled, there’s a burger, pie, and milkshake restaurant worth visiting, and the sport bar is nice for ending the night with a beer and tasty snacks; overall it’s a very safe place, my 7‑year‑old had a blast, and my elderly parents were amazed by the kindness of everyone, especially Chef Gustavo who brought us lovely treats wherever we were, even on check‑out he gave us snacks at reception; they’re the best. In the end, even after losing the bracelets, they offered drinks and food from nearby restaurants at reception, something not common in many hotels. We’re thrilled we chose to spend a bit more for this experience, and they mentioned it would be beautiful for Christmas or New Year, which inspires us to plan a return. I forgot breakfast, which was delicious, and the Mexican food section was very tasty; the toboggan and the slow river ride were fun for all ages. The downside is that the pool bar closes at 6 pm and the pool at 8 pm, so if you want to stay longer you have no drink options, but that’s how the hotel operates after 6 pm when people head to a good culinary experience.
