“The views will stay with me forever - watching whales and cruise ships from our bed was incredible”
The motel is simple, yet the views are incredible—sunset and sunrise change every day, and we enjoyed coffee in bed while spotting whales near Quadra Island. The place feels a bit worn, but we still had a great time and the management were lovely. We’d definitely return; the balcony was amazing for sitting out. The kitchen was just fine for cooking, and the fridge was a decent size. Laundry facilities were a bonus! We explored Willow Point, Oyster Pot Holes, Englishman River, McIvor Lake, Cathedral Grove, the museum, and Mikki’s for the best sushi (gluten‑free too!).
