Hotel Sara

The room is small but clean and welcoming, and overall everything you need is available; the hotel is just a few steps from the Loreto metro stop. The staff deserve praise for being very friendly and helpful!

The staff were polite and helpful, letting us leave our luggage before check‑in. The place is comfortable, the beds are good, the bathroom is clean with all facilities working and air conditioning. However, there was a lot of mold on the wall above the door, odd discoloration in some wall areas, no shelf in the shower for products, and the bathroom door and shower door couldn’t close completely.

It was a good visit! The hotel’s location was suitable and met our needs for one night. The private terrace was lovely for breakfast. The staff were friendly. The area is quiet and there’s a larger grocery store nearby. The ceiling of the bathroom showed signs of water damage or home damage.

“Amazing”

Great location and value for money; the staff were very generous, giving us extra water on a hot day and free coffee in the morning. Nothing negative.

Checking in was tight even late at night, the bathroom toilet was so close to the shower glass that a fly was hanging there, the room smelled terrible of smoke—including the sheets—and we felt a general sense of dirtiness.
