The staff were friendly, the massage was good, the pool was nice, the kids’ play area was fun, and the garden was beautiful, but the facilities felt old and worn out.

Like other Sheraton hotels I've stayed at, the staff were friendly and very professional, yet the room and its furnishings were old and did not meet the standards one would expect from a Sheraton brand.

The staff responded quickly, the location was excellent, and the breakfast offered variety, but the bathroom drainage needs maintenance, the room doors are old and need renovation, and there is no sound insulation between rooms at all.
