The location is ideal—quiet area with a short walk to bus and tram stops. The accommodation is very smart, clean, and comfortable. The English breakfast was the best we’ve had. Nikki & Nick, the owners, are very friendly and keen to make sure everything meets your expectations. We had a lovely stay and hope to return next year. There was absolutely nothing that we didn’t like.

The breakfast was delicious, and the owners were very pleasant and took good care of us. Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed. The location was quiet, and public transport was just around the corner. I had no issues.
