Nothing good; the shower never worked, neither hot nor cold water came out, contacting support for the shower yielded no appropriate response, and the sheets were dirty.

Nothing I am requesting a full refund of £210 for my stay because the room had a serious bed bug infestation. Both my partner and I were bitten during our stay. My partner has suffered a large number of bed bug bites, causing significant discomfort, pain, and concern for our health. We have photographs of the bites and evidence of the infestation. Due to the presence of bed bugs, the room is not safe or suitable to stay in. We understand that the property will need to be professionally inspected and treated, so we cannot continue staying there. As a result of this infestation, we have also incurred additional expenses, including laundry costs to wash and disinfect all of our clothes and belongings to prevent bringing the bed bugs home. We may also need medical treatment if the bites worsen. Given these circumstances, I respectfully request: A full refund of £210 for our stay. Reimbursement of any reasonable additional expenses related to the infestation, including laundry and any medical costs. I would appreciate a prompt resolution. If necessary, I am prepared to provide photographs of the bed bugs, the bites, and any supporting evidence. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Nothing; everything was dirty, the shower was broken, the bed was full of dirt and stains, the towels were unusable, and communication with the owner was impossible—no conversation could take place.

Nothing; the apartment was unkept, the environment was very dirty, the shower in my room was falling off, I complained but nothing was done, there was no kettle to boil water, no mop or rag to clean the dirt, and my colleagues had the same experience in their rooms.
