The breakfast was good. They switched me to a private apartment without prior notice; I chose a room because it was more comfortable for my child. The apartment smelled of pipes, was cold, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the cleaning was lacking.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety: sausages, scrambled and poached eggs, fruits, juices, coffee, confectionery. A 6‑minute walk takes you to the nearest bus stop heading to Palma City Center, the airport, etc. Across the bus stop is the beach and many wonderful restaurants nearby. Worth staying and high value for money.

The staff were great. The location to reach the hotel had a very steep hill or many stairs.
