The hotel is centrally located. The room was very noisy, with all the street sounds audible, and the air conditioning was loud too. A bright nightlight in the room illuminated the bed area strongly, making sleep difficult. Breakfast was not exceptional. The front desk staff were not accommodating and often did not understand English requests. We were asked to pay for a restaurant bill that was not ours. Wi‑Fi stopped working for part of our stay.

The hotel was modern, comfortable, air‑conditioned throughout, and the staff were very supportive. The location is just inside Hall Gate, making arrivals and departures convenient; I arrived by plane and left by bus. Walking to the Golden Temple and nearby sites was easy. The hotel offers a complimentary lift to the Temple, but I chose to walk. The Wagah Border is worth the trip, and the hotel can arrange it at a good price. No negatives.

There was no breakfast with my room, but the hotel has nice food available. The location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, and the value for the price we paid was very good.

The room was decent, clean, and a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed them. The location was great—just off a main road with plenty of transport options—and only a few minutes from the Golden Temple. The daily call to announce that breakfast was ready was a little much, especially the morning after we arrived.
