Given the price, breakfast should be included—I usually stay at Marriott, but they were fully booked, and their rooms are cheaper but come with breakfast. Instead, breakfast was not included, the furniture in the room was worn, and the front desk mixed up my check‑in details even though I handed over my driver's license and it was clear that my last name is xxxx; the receptionist had to literally read “LAST NAME: xxxx” and type it. How can something that basic get mixed up? The front desk was also confusing to talk to. When I asked what time the gym closes, she said “the gym doesn’t close, around 10 pm”; how can it “not close” yet close at 10? This is a Hilton property—improve.

The location is nice and it’s pet friendly, but room service was very slow, expensive, and the food was not good.

Excellent… I’ll always use that hotel, but the breakfast could be better.

The staff were friendly and the location was excellent, with a great brewery just a short walk away; the facilities were spotless and the bed was very comfortable.
