The staff and security were very helpful and friendly. My son and I had many friends and family visit from overseas, and the staff were very understanding—just warms my heart that we are true Melanesians. Thank you all. The only drawback was the check‑in: we had to drive to another hotel, the headquarters, to check in and pay before heading back to the apartments for our key, so there was no direct check‑in. I hope this changes for future bookings and guests.

It’s close to the market and hospital, and access to shopping centres is easy. The staff are always there to assist.

The hotel has a great location, close to public transport, markets, and shops. However, the room rate was a bit average, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, especially if you're on a budget.

I was really impressed with how convenient this hotel was - the location was perfect for getting around the city, and the staff were always happy to help with any questions or requests. The room was small but spotless, and the bed was super comfy. However, the night security was a bit of a letdown - the guy at the front desk seemed to be more interested in his phone than keeping an eye on things, and I did feel a bit uneasy when I came in late one night.
