We were attending a funeral and the staff were very gracious and accommodating; nothing else to mention.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, thanks to its spotless cleanliness and cozy atmosphere. The rooms were well-maintained and provided a comfortable place to rest after a long day. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's attention to detail and cleanliness.

I was initially disappointed when I discovered that my booking for two separate rooms with two beds each had been incorrectly fulfilled with a single bed in a pet-friendly room. Sharing a bed with my coworkers was not ideal, and I had to make do with the situation. Despite this, the hotel's staff were friendly and tried to make the best of the situation.
