The location was great and the service was super attentive; I could pay for tours with my credit card. The local currency exchange was good, and the view was nice. The breakfast had little variety, and the shower didn’t have a shower curtain or a moon, so everything got wet when it was used.

The pool, fridge in the room, air conditioning, and view of the pool were all fantastic, and the food was delicious. Breakfast wasn’t included, but it was tasty and plentiful. The staff were helpful and the place felt safe. They also assisted with excursions.

The location is excellent—right on the river and very close to the beach, and the price/value is great! I did notice a smell from the canal in between.

The furniture, cleanliness, and pool were all good. Nothing to complain about, but I’d suggest adding a bit more to the breakfast. For the price, it felt a little lacking…

The hotel is beautifully designed, the rooms are great, the bed is comfortable, the food is good, and the pool is clean.
