El hotel en condiciones generales es bueno, pero no limpian habitaciones seguido, lo que hace que la convivencia en el desorden sea más complicada; el barrio es lindo y con buenos restaurantes. El check out fue con una multa, con total intransigencia, por demorarnos media hora de la salida; pedí una excepción y no lo consideraron. Lean bien las condiciones porque te pueden multar y hablan muy poco inglés como para hacerse entender. La primera y única persona mal educada fue quien me hizo el check out en este hotel en todo Japón. La experiencia cambia totalmente si el sabor final es malo. Un egreso a las 10 am es muy temprano.

Great location, the room was quite spacious with great amenities, very clean and the staff was very helpful; I would come back. The pillows are really soft and not great.
