The only thing that impressed me was the bed; everything else was subpar. From a 4‑star hotel I’d expect at least a vanity kit, but the bathroom smells like a stale room and the shower door is damaged. There’s no hook for a towel under the sink, and you can’t position the shower at the desired height. The hair iron is far from the mirror, and the mirror itself is a tiny corner one behind the door. If you need to work at the desk you must move the lamp from the nightstand. The front desk lady is friendly but shows no initiative; she won’t tell you the breakfast hours or the Wi‑Fi code. If you leave early she won’t offer you a breakfast package even though the hotel can prepare one. When you eat at the front desk without asking, you won’t get a water glass so you have to drink from the bottle, and you’re missing sugar and a spoon for your coffee. The only thing above standard is the bed, but you can’t enjoy it because the street noise is enormous, lasting at least until 4 am on weekends.
