I was treated with excellent service and the staff were respectful, but the open buffet was low quality and the service at Bella Vista was poor; the set meals never changed and more variety is needed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A dreamy stay at Lilly Apartments Suite 69 – absolutely recommended! I was there from 24.08 to 02.09.2026 and can really say I was more than satisfied! 🥰 The moment I entered the apartment I was thrilled. The room was a dream – beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything needed for a relaxed stay. The highlight for me was the private Jacuzzi, which made the stay something special. After a long day you could relax there wonderfully and simply enjoy. ✨ But it wasn’t just the apartment itself that was excellent – the service was extraordinary. It really felt like every wish was read from the eyes. The whole team was incredibly friendly, attentive, helpful and available at all times. From the first moment you felt welcome and well taken care of. It’s often the small things that make a stay special – and that was exactly what was focused on here. The combination of a beautiful apartment, cleanliness, comfort, the great Jacuzzi and this exceptionally warm service made my stay simply perfect. I felt incredibly comfortable there and would have liked to stay longer. ❤️ Thank you for this wonderful time and great service! “magnificent time”

I never imagined a place like this existed in Egypt, yet my brief stay proved otherwise—everything was flawless and delightful. The sea view was breathtaking, with water visible from every angle. The suite’s modern design and amenities were impressive, especially the coffee maker that surprised me. The staff were genuinely wonderful, quick to respond and always cheerful. I’ll definitely return soon. The only hiccup was discovering the express laundry service only after I asked; otherwise, nothing else.

We’re grateful for our fantastic stay; the hotel sits just about 7 minutes from the private beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, answering every request instantly and offering useful tips on sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. A special thank you for decorating our room so lovingly for my girlfriend’s birthday and for moving our check‑in to an earlier time, which was very convenient. Mr. Abanoub Badawy deserves special thanks for his kindness, attentiveness, and support throughout our visit, making the holiday even more enjoyable. We appreciate all staff—from reception to housekeeping—who kept the rooms clean, changed towels regularly, and assisted with our luggage. Thank you for the wonderful time and excellent hospitality; we’ll definitely come back.

The stay was wonderful and comfortable; the suite was spacious, clean, and the private jacuzzi added a relaxing and private touch. It was a very enjoyable experience that I hope to repeat. The staff were cooperative and professionally trained in guest reception—thank you very much.
