The guest was pleased with the hotel's service and breakfast, which were both excellent. However, the room did not match the reservation, lacking a microwave and having a faulty main light. Despite these issues, the guest did not complain, as they were tired and arrived late. The guest's experience was mixed, with both positives and negatives.
