The key code let us check in even later than usual. The insulation was poor, we could hear every little noise from the neighbors, and the view was disappointing.

The bed was very hard, the pillows were torn, the shower leaked, the sheets had black stains that looked like mildew, the fridge was dusty, and the worst was the strong cold cigarette and smoke smell in the room. The housekeeper tried to fix it with a toilet spray that left no scent, and the doors wouldn’t close properly.

Located in the center. The access to the building was a bit convoluted; more signage would help guests find their rooms. Bye.

Check‑in was simple and contactless with a PIN for the door. There’s a small garden with a seat, a clothes rack, a hair dryer, a fridge, and a TV, but everything is only in Italian. No laundry basket, just a clothes rack. The shower is quite small for someone of my build; it’s almost impossible for larger or heavier people. The room is very spacious.
