The staff were really attentive and seemed genuinely concerned about making our stay comfortable. The only drawback was the location – it’s a bit away from the heart of Búzios, though there are buses that run from early morning until late at night. Overall, the service made up for the distance.

The place was spotless, which I appreciated a lot. It’s situated a little outside the center of Búzios, but the convenience of the location still made it worthwhile. I’d stay again.

This spot is truly lovely—quiet, with a super friendly owner and tidy, cozy rooms that felt like home. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to come back many times. I have no complaints at all.

We were treated very well; the owners are helpful and always checked if everything was okay. The inn is close to a market, shuttle vans to the beaches and downtown, and just two blocks from the hippodrome where the New Year’s Villa takes place. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, and the added BBQ area with a shared kitchen was a nice touch. The ceiling fan helped a bit, but during a Rio summer it wasn’t enough—stronger ventilation or an air‑conditioner would be ideal.

The host is an absolute delight—friendly, welcoming, and everything about the stay was spot‑on, from the price to the location. We were close to the beaches, downtown, and nearby snack bars, all in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. I really have nothing to complain about.
