The room was very nicely renovated, the bed comfortable, the room clean, and the price was very honest.

“An unacceptable stay marked by filthy rooms, noisy beds, and a poor breakfast that fails to live up to its four-star rat”

The only thing that stood out was the friendly front desk staff, a young African American girl, but overall the stay was a huge letdown. I can’t believe a hotel with a 4‑star rating would have a room that’s dirty, with bed linens that smell bad and metal bed frames that screech every time we move. The shower felt unsafe to use, and breakfast was just basic carbs and oranges as the only fruit offered. Save your money and book somewhere else.

We were able to check in early, which was great, but the breakfast left a lot to be desired; I would have liked scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and hot oatmeal.

The staff were very nice, and I plan on staying there again in October.

“it was decent until I discovered a dead cockroa on the window and the gums attached on the bed”

There was a roach in my window and gums attached to the bed, but aside from that my experience was okay.
