The Lagune villa was great, but the property feels a bit dated; the exterior is somewhat dull with plants and flowers. The food is okay, nothing special, and overall the quality is medium.

Die Qualität der Zutaten ist sehr hochwertig. Das ist für ein ALL INKLUSIVE Hotel nicht selbstverständlich. Über Architektur und Ausstattung muss man nicht diskutieren, alles ist sowieso alles sehr gut. Das Personal ist immer überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit

The hotel is compact, clean, and the staff were friendly, but the entertainment options were limited and could have offered a few more choices.

Every year we head back to Kempski, we know everyone and everything, and we love coming back again and again. This time, though, we were disappointed that the restaurant we love was closed for special service for the Swiss footballers, and the taxi with their fixed price list is starting to get annoying.
