The location was fine. The service was awful – I paid at the hotel and they told Booking I hadn’t paid, which was embarrassing and a hassle. I thought that was ridiculous!

They need to install or fix a kitchen exhaust; the reception and restaurant smell like grease, frying, and food.

Breakfast was great and the room was clean (standard ibis). The room was very small and meant for two people. I didn’t like that the hotel had no parking spot available for me.

“Foi adequada para as necessidades”

The room size was good, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed size was fine. The bathroom was also adequate, though the sink was too small. Overall it was okay. There was no chair or table to put the luggage. The room light was very weak and the shower flooded the floor because there was only a curtain. The windows were very dirty and the pillow was bad.

Nothing positive. The receptionist barely looked at us, just stared at the computer. The room was tiny with no circulation space and no wardrobe, so we put the luggage on the floor. We stayed two nights. We arrived, dropped off the luggage after check‑in, left for a party, came back early at night, picked up the luggage and left. They didn’t refund one night. We were upset and lost money. Today a staff member called asking if we had checked out. I told them we had left on Sunday. He said there is no refund for abandonment. I found what he said absurd because I explained why we left the same day. It would be impossible to stay a night.
