The hotel exceeded expectations in terms of amenities and attention to detail, but its remote location made it inconvenient for downtown trips and lacked nearby halal food options.

The hotel's modern amenities and facilities made for a pleasant stay, but the service fell short of expectations. The guest's experience was marred by subpar service, particularly in the restaurant, where they felt neglected by staff. Despite the hotel's newness, the service was lacking, which was a major disappointment.
