Everything is within walking distance from the apartment, though I feel it isn’t quite isolated enough, otherwise nothing else bothers me.

Location, location, location. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and street construction made for awful noise.

Quietness was great, but there is no air conditioning in the King room.

Good location, yet some areas were dirty and the photos only show the best angles. Right outside the window, there was unannounced construction; the noise was 83 dB with the window open and 63 dB closed. When I asked to change rooms or get a refund, my request was denied.
