The location was perfect, the staff friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable and large, and the room faced the courtyard so we slept very well. Right in front of the hotel is a tram stop, a few minutes to the metro, and a large shopping centre. The hotel offers breakfast and parking, both for an extra fee.

The breakfast was good, but the window didn’t close properly, there was a lot of street noise, and when the wind blew the curtains moved.

The location and price were great, and I personally had nothing missing. The breakfast could have been better.

The hotel meets the advertised quality and even exceeds it; the room is large, clean and bright. The staff are friendly and courteous. It is 5 minutes from the metro and tram, 15 minutes from the station by public transport. On arrival I was upgraded to a higher level room at no cost. I will stay there again when I have the chance.

The hotel is great, the breakfast is also good, the location is fantastic, everything was liked. There is no way to pay at arrival.
