The host was friendly and helpful.

The owners were lovely, friendly, and helped organize tours and buses; the rooms were clean and the bathroom was spacious.

The staff were super friendly, even though they sometimes seemed annoyed when we didn’t book things directly through the hostel. In the neighborhood a dog barked 24/7 and there was a construction site nearby during the day; unfortunately the room cannot be locked.

The hostel feels very homely, with daily dinners shared with other guests or the owners, and Mr Peace is a very friendly, open host who arranges tours for travelers.
