Buffet breakfast offers juice, cheese, and fruit. Private check‑in/out caters to guests. Located 2.6 km from Burg Tittmoning and 8 km from Franz‑Jägerstätter‑Platz, it is near scuba diving, cycling routes, Fresken In Ostermiething, and Burg zu Burghausen.

Parking is right outside the hotel and free. The rooms are modern and clean. Unfortunately, the main road is directly in front of the door.

The place is pretty nice overall, with friendly staff. It gets loud at night because the busy road runs right next to it.

There’s a bike shelter, a new comfortable room, and helpful employees. The lake is close by. Everything else was fine.

The location is beautiful and new, almost like a hospital and reminded me of some sci‑fi movies :-) We booked through Booking and sorted everything out. Thanks also for the tip about the Bavarian‑specialty restaurant (Dorfwirtschaft Asten) that we reached by bike (12 km extra, but worth it!). We didn’t find a lively soul, not even for payment (handled via bank transfer). It’s also in a very secluded spot with a busy road next to it, so walking isn’t recommended, even though the lake is a 15‑minute walk away.
