I want to thank the receptionist Filipe for his exceptional help; we were a large group and coordinating two dinners was tough, yet he was always available, professional, and friendly, ensuring everything ran smoothly and making a real difference to our stay. His helpful attitude, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to assist are rare and greatly appreciated. On the downside, the Friday dinner fell short: the cod steaks were not particularly liked by several group members, both in preparation and taste, though this minor issue did not significantly affect the overall positive experience marked by the staff’s friendliness, availability, and professionalism.
