The facilities are great – pool, gym, sauna. The rooms are very comfortable and breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect for walking in one of Lisbon's most beautiful neighborhoods. The gym could offer more equipment, such as a pulley or a bar.

The hotel and its service are wonderful, and the sauna and pool are excellent.

The place is good. The bar service is slow because the waiter handles the restaurant and bar simultaneously.

The hotel is pretty and well located, and my balcony room was bright and had a romantic style. The staff, however, were not very friendly – more like executives, smiling little. Given the price, I had expected top‑level service.

Beautiful accommodations, great location, wonderful staff. The TV service was lacking.
