Nothing was good, and the cleanliness was poor.

I done my booking . charged double for 1 night and many times I request from call center. They tell me about refund my money but I never received back my money. Booking. Com charged double amount for 1 night' and got mail about that my money is back in 7 days, but after more than 2 months my money is not refunded by Booking. Com
The receptionist was rude, and even though the manager said early check‑ins were supported and rooms were available, it took almost an hour before a room was finally assigned; no towels or tumbler were provided, the hand faucet was broken, the room smelled mouldy, and the manager refused to let me photograph the issues.
