The stay was fine, the breakfast was very complete with plenty to choose from, the bed was right, and the room was priced correctly. I missed something to support the luggage, and the bathroom door system isn’t adequate because it stays open and everything can be heard; the bathroom is new and very comfortable.

El hotel está super bien ubicado, a 5 minutos caminando del centro de Brujas, justo frente a uno de los canales para disfrutar de una vista espectacular, el personal es super amable. Nuestra tarifa incluía desayuno que sirven de 7 a 10 am. No permiten early check‑in, no es posible; puedes usar la habitación hasta las 3:00 pm, y te permiten dejar tu equipaje en resguardo hasta la entrega de la habitación.

I found the place pretty average, with no real lobby and almost no comfort at all.

Nada, no es lo que muestra en las imagenes. 1. La limpieza era pésima 2. Las instalaciones estaban en obras, en el techo del pasillo había cables colgando 3. El techo de la habitación tenia un agujero tapado con cinta aislante 4. No había secador, te dejaban uno a cambio de 5€ el día. Tampoco habías gel ni champú. 5. El desayuno muy básico y de calidad bastante mala
