“The best vacation I’ve ever been on and I lost my necklace and they put it up and returned it to me I love this place”
Everything was perfect: the staff were friendly, the property looked stunning, and the food was amazing—I love everything, even though I’m picky.
I love the hotel; it’s my second visit, but the transition from Hyatt to Mondrian hit me hard—fewer restaurants open, less staff, elevator and glass cleaning issues, low‑quality drinks, the bedroom screens didn’t work as a Smart TV, yet the mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the rooftop view was amazing.
The services and room size were great, the beach club was included and very nice, and the staff were very welcoming.

Nothing really stood out, though the MOD was nice to my parents. The name changed after I booked and I wasn’t told until my parents arrived; they’d loved it the previous year, but everything is different now.
