The location was good and parking a van in the car park was easy. The double bed was ultra‑small, the breakfast was terrible—how can you get an English breakfast so badly wrong? The food had a horrible taste, and the scrambled egg was powdered.

The view of the Epsom Racecourse was great. There was no restaurant in the hotel, but the pub across the street was excellent!

I arrived late, the staff were friendly and checked me in quickly. Even though there was no restaurant, they offered homemade pizza and a pint for £20, which seemed reasonable for the location.

A friendly welcome by the member of staff on reception. A lovely room with a great outlook. Very clean room and great facilities within room. All staff so friendly and approachable. Room staff work extra hard keeping the rooms sparkling. Breakfast was great. So much choice. Something for everyone and well topped up. The best toaster I’ve had the pleasure of using as well. Nothing. Loved every single thing about our visit
