The staff, location, and constant readiness for our arrival were great, though check‑in must happen at the agreed time. The breakfast was good, and the shared room had decent beds—no bunk beds. The shower was fantastic! I left the Bom Sucesso 59 with a smile, and the Wi‑Fi was excellent. Nothing to complain about.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the room seemed unclean when we arrived, and the bathroom was dirty.

The breakfast was lovely, though I’d prefer real milk instead of powdered for the coffee. The bathroom was small and a bit uncomfortable.

There’s no reception, but the people are wonderful, super attentive to guests, and I loved them from the heart: the top team of the galaxies. I didn’t see any negative point.
